Solid Choice for a City Stay

The room was quite spacious and always kept clean. The hotel provided a decent breakfast. I found staff at the reception very helpful and attentive. The hotel also offers private parking, a big plus for travelers by car.

The minibar had very few options, not even water was available upon arrival.

The breakfast area is compact. Many items did run out and staff was slow to replenish food at peak hours. The pastries are very sweet and were the most numerous option available.

My room included a heated floor in the bathroom. The bathroom also had a towel warmer that I used daily.

the receptionist was rude when i arrived she made it difficult to open the door the stairs made it hard to get to reception with luggage i did not get slippers or bath robes after i asked for them

The location was acceptable, with easy access to nearby attractions.

The room was disappointing. It definitely did not match the photos I saw online. It felt expensive for what I got. The room was quite dated and not well-kept. I was expecting much better for the price I paid.

wonderful central stay

convenient location helpful staff clean room spacious room

The location was really convenient. public transportation options were easily accessible, including trams and buses. the staff at the front desk provided excellent assistance. They were always pleasant and helpful. our room, a connecting room, was really nice. It was very clean and spacious.

the air conditioning was turned off on september 1. this was not communicated in advance. this made the room quite warm during the day.

Breakfast offered a nice variety. There was a mix of hot foods, continental options, cereals, and fruit. a good selection of hot drinks and fruit juices were available. there were plenty of options.

The hotel provided high security with a police station located across the street. the staff was very helpful and kind. I appreciated their assistance. they always answered my requests quickly and politely. their service was great.
